This program will explore how to elicit the information you need from outside counsel and how to respond to give a company’s in-house counsel the information they need. This will be done within the context of a hypothetical Request for Proposal (RFP) and in-person pitch, using a panel of in-house experts to evaluate and assess the pitch.

Presented by Valerie Calloway of IBM; Joshua Garfield of Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner ; Ricardo Moran of Schwegman Lundberg & Woessner; Jenifer Ward of General Electric; and moderated Robert Weaver of Cozen O'Connor
