AIPLA offers product and service providers in the intellectual property business community a broad range of opportunities for brand exposure and business development in conjunction with its three annual stated meetings and other events.

 The Mid-Winter Institute offer organizations a distinct and intimate opportunity to connect with and engage with over 800 attendees from around the globe. Exhibitors and sponsors receive tickets to networking events hosted throughout the program as part of their package. This offers your organizations representatives outstanding opportunities to establish and build new relationships.

Exhibit space(s) are 6' x 6', table-top only*. 

Exhibit Fee:   $3,500 (one space) 

The exhibitor registration fee, includes: 

  • One six foot (6’) skirted table;
  • Two chairs and wastebasket; 
  • Identification sign at your booth;
  • Two exhibitor registration badges for each exhibit space; 
  • One ticket to each ticketed event for each of the two exhibitor personnel; 
  • Listing in the printed on-site Exhibitor Brochure and in our mobile app; and, 
  • Overnight security will be provided.

** Exhibit show hours are subject to change.

Heavy traffic can be expected in the mornings, before the luncheons, and as the educational sessions change. Traffic may be light during the lunches, educational sessions and committee meetings. To help increase the traffic, we have placed exhibitors in the foyer directly outside of the meeting rooms, Technology Center along with continental breakfasts, beverage breaks, and lunch receptions.

* Note: Fire Marshall regulations and hotel guidelines exclude the use of free-standing floor pop-up displays. Please plan accordingly for space restrictions. 

Reservations and Payments

We are currently accepting registrations and payments. Exhibit space is limited, so reserve your space as soon as possible. Advanced registration is required, and full payment must accompany your completed registration form. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your registration and payment have been processed. If we are sold out when your registration arrives, you will be notified and your payment will be returned immediately.


Service Kits - Order Forms

You will receive the forms by the 1st week in January via email. The email will include shipping instructions and special order forms for the electrical and Internet.
