The Pre-Meeting begins with breakfast on Tuesday, October 20th at 8:30 a.m., a coffee break at 10:50 a.m., lunch 12:30 p.m. –1:30 p.m. and an afternoon coffee break at 3:35 p.m.  The price for the pre-meeting is $175 per attendee. 
 
We will have a reception at Smith and Wollensky Restaurant, 1112 19th Street, NW, Washington, DC, 20036 at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. The price for the dinner is $135 per attendee.
 
On Wednesday, October 21st the meeting begins with breakfast at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 11:30.
