Expand your reach to the intellectual property community by exhibiting at the AIPLA 2016 Spring Meeting. The Spring Meeting generally draws more than 500 attendees and offers exceptional opportunities to market your company's services to our attendees.  
Exhibitor Information
Exhibit space(s) are 6' x 6'. Here is what is included in your Exhibitor Registration Fee:
• Two complimentary exhibitor registrations for a single space.  Each complimentary exhibitor registration includes one ticket for each ticketed event.
 • Identification sign at your booth.
• Listing in on-site program, mobile app and on the AIPLA website.
• One six foot (6’) skirted table.
• Two chairs.
• Wastebasket.
Please Note: Because of Fire Marshall Regulations and Hotel Guide-lines all exhibits are 6’ x 6’, table top only, no free standing pop-up booths will be allowed. You may bring one (1) free standing banner sign no larger than 33”W x 73”H. Literature racks are allowed as long as they fit within your space. Please plan accordingly for space restrictions. Overnight security will be provided.
Exhibit Fee: $3,500 per space
PAYMENT: We are currently accepting registrations and payments. Exhibit space is limited, so reserve your space as soon as possible. Advanced registration is required, and full payment must accompany your completed registration form. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your registration and payment have been processed. If we are sold out when your registration arrives, you will be notified and your payment will be returned immediately. HALL TRAFFIC: To help increase the traffic, we have placed the exhibits in Minneapolis Grand Ballroom Minneapolis Grand Ballroom Foyer along with AIPLA's continental breakfasts, beverage breaks and lunch receptions. To review the complete meeting schedule, please refer to the 2016 Spring Meeting page on the website. The full program will be available soon. 
EXHIBIT SET UP DATE AND TIME: Set up is on Tuesday, May 17 from 12:00 – 4:00 pm. All booths must be set up and the Minneapolis Grand Ballroom Foyer cleared of all shipping boxes prior to 4:00 pm.
EXHIBIT SHOW HOURS:, Wednesday, May 18, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Thursday, May 19, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday, May 20, 8:00 am – 12:00 pm;. Exhibitor Breakdown will begin at 1:00 pm on Friday. (exhibit show hours are subject to change.)
EXHIBITOR BREAKDOWN: Exhibitor Breakdown will begin on Friday, May 20th at 1:00 pm. No breakdown is allowed prior to 1:00 p.m.
SERVICE KITS: You will receive a service kit directly from an Exposition Service Company the 2nd week in April. This kit will include shipping instructions and special order forms for the electrical and Internet.
SHIPPING, ELECTRICAL AND INTERNET FORMS: You will receive shipping instructions, special order forms for the electrical and Internet the 2nd week of April.
REFUND POLICY: If you must cancel your exhibit reservation, we will provide a refund up until March 4, 2016, if we are able to find an exhibitor to take your space. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations received after March 4, 2016
