CLE Credit Information

We are an approved provider by most states requiring CLE and have applied for credit for this meeting to all states requiring CLE. Complete CLE information will be available on-site at the AIPLA CLE Information Booth.  
 
The 2016 Spring Meeting has a total of 885 CLE minutes.  Ethics and/or specialized/subfield CLE credit sessions are listed below.  Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation.

The 2016 Spring Meeting has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 14.75 hours; optional subfield credit hours included (actual credit earned will vary based on actual attendance):
  • 5.5 credit hours of Legal Ethics
  • 3.0 credit hours of Elimination of Bias in the Legal Profession
The above amount is the calculation for 60-minute hour states.  The maximum credit hour calculation for 50-minute hour states is 17.7 credit hours (of which 6.6 credit hours will apply to Ethics and 3.6 credit hours of Elimination of Bias).  Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each state’s regulations and credit calculation.
