Exhibiting at the AIPLA Spring Meeting


The Spring Meeting generally draws over 600 IP attorneys from around the world and offers exceptional opportunities to market your company's products and services to attendees. Exhibit space is available on a "first sign-up, first assigned" basis.


BOOTH LOCATION: To help increase the traffic, we have placed the exhibits in the Grand Foyer along with Continental Breakfast, Beverage Breaks and AIPLA’s Cyber Café (individual internet-access kiosks). The Grand Foyer is located just outside the Grand Ballroom where the Plenary and Concurrent Tracks and Luncheons are being held. Heavy traffic can be expected in the mornings, before the luncheons, as the educational sessions change, and as committee meetings wind down. There will be times when traffic is light, especially during the lunches, educational sessions and committee meetings. 

BOOTH PRICING: The cost for one 8' x 8' exhibit space is $3,500. Exhibit space is limited, so please be sure to sign up soon.

Your fee includes:

  • two complimentary exhibitor registration badges for one space
  • one ticket for each ticketed event for each exhibitor registration badge request for
  • one six-foot skirted table, pipe and drape, two chairs, a wastebasket, and an identification sign

Because of Fire Marshall Regulations and Hotel Guidelines, all exhibit spaces are 8' x 8', table-top only. No free-standing floor pop-up displays will be allowed. Please plan accordingly for space restrictions. Overnight security will be provided.

EXHIBIT DATES AND HOURS: Wednesday, May 1; 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Thursday, May 2,  8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Friday, May 3, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 Noon.
