We are an approved provider by most states requiring CLE and have applied for credit for this meeting to all states requiring CLE.
The 2012 Spring Meeting has a total of 900 CLE minutes, including an optional 225 minutes of legal Ethics.  Ethics credit will be available during the following sessions: 
  • Thursday, May 10
    • Committee Educational Session -- Patent Law/Professionalism and Ethics (Joint Educational Session)
    • "Avoiding Ethical Issues in Patent Prosecution and Patent Litigation; 3:30 - 5:00 pm: 90 minutes
  • Friday, May 11
    • Afternoon Concurrent Track 2, 2:00 – 3:30 pm:  90 minutes 
      • “Oops!  I Just Plain Forgot to Cite that Reference”
  • Saturday, May 12
    • Plenary Session, 9:00 – 9:45 am:  45 minutes
The 2012 Spring Meeting has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 15.00 hours, including an optional 3.75 hours of Ethics.
The above amount is the calculation for 60-minute hour states.  The maximum credit hour calculation for 50-minute hour states is 18.0 hours [of which an optional 4.5 hours of Ethics will be available].  Credit amounts vary depending upon each state’s calculation requirement.
