WHY YOU SHOULD EXHIBIT
 
Expand your reach to the intellectual property community by exhibiting at the AIPLA 2015 Mid-Winter Institute, January 28-January 31 at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, FL. The Mid-Winter Institute generally draws over 800 attendees and the exhibit area allows each exhibiting company direct access to attendees throughout the meeting. The exhibit area is located next to the AIPLA registration, and all breakfasts, beverage breaks, and lunch receptions take place in this area, providing continual traffic to the exhibit tables. EXHIBIT FEE
 
$3, 500 (one space)
 
EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: Exhibit space(s) are 6' x 6', table-top only, due to Fire Marshall Regulations and Hotel Guidelines. No free-standing floor pop-up displays are allowed. Please plan accordingly for space restrictions. Overnight security will be provided. 
 
Here is what is included in your Exhibitor Registration Fee:
 
• One six foot (6’) skirted table, pipe and drape
 
• Two chairs and wastebasket
 
• Identification sign at your booth
 
• Two exhibitor registration badges for each exhibit space 
 
• One ticket to each ticketed event for each of the two exhibitor personnel
 
• Listing in the printed on-site program, on the AIPLA website and in our mobile app
 
PAYMENT: We are currently accepting registrations and payments. Exhibit space is limited, so reserve your space as soon as possible. Advanced registration is required, and full payment must accompany your completed registration form. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your registration and payment have been processed. If we are sold out when your registration arrives, you will be notified and your payment will be returned immediately.

EXHIBIT DATES AND TIMES: Set up is on Tuesday, January 27, from 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm. The exhibit show hours are: Wednesday, January 28, from 11:00 am – 5:30 pm; Thursday, January 29, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Friday, January 30, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; and Saturday, January 31, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Exhibitor Breakdown will begin at 1:00 pm. (exhibit show hours are subject to change.)
  
SERVICE KITS: You will receive a service kit directly from an Exposition Service Company the 2nd week in December. This kit will include shipping instructions and special order forms for the electrical and Internet.
 
TRAFFIC INFORMATION: The meeting is expected to draw nearly 800 attendees. To help increase the traffic, we have placed AIPLA’s Registration, Technology Center and Cyber Cafés (individual Internet-access kiosks) in the Foyer along with registration, continental breakfasts, beverage breaks and lunch receptions .
 
Heavy traffic can be expected in the mornings, before the luncheons, and as the educational sessions change.  Traffic may be light during the lunches, educational sessions and committee meetings. To review the complete meeting schedule, please refer to our website www.aipla.org.
