EXHIBIT INFORMATION: Exhibit space(s) are 8' x 8'. ). Because of Fire Marshall Regulations and Hotel Guidelines, all exhibit spaces are 8’ x 8’, table top only. No free-standing floor pop-up displays allowed. Please plan accordingly for space restrictions. Overnight security will be provided.  Here is what is included in your Exhibitor Registration Fee:
• Two complimentary exhibitor registration badges for a single space 
• Each complimentary exhibitor registration badge request form includes one ticket for each ticketed event for each
• Identification sign at your booth
• Listing in the printed on-site program and on the AIPLA website
• One six foot (6’) skirted table, pipe and drape
• Two chairs and Wastebasket
PAYMENT: We are currently accepting registrations and payments. Exhibit space is limited, so reserve your space as soon as possible. Advanced registration is required, and full payment must accompany your completed registration form. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your registration and payment have been processed. If we are sold out when your registration arrives, you will be notified and your payment will be returned immediately. To purchase a booth and register, please download the registration form.

REFUND POLICY: Up to January 16, 2013 in the event that you must cancel your reservations, refunds can only be given if we find an exhibitor to take your space. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellation received after January 16, 2013.
HALL TRAFFIC: To help increase the traffic, we have placed the exhibits in Grand Ballroom Foyer on the along with AIPLA's Registration Desk, Technology Center and Cyber Cafés (individual internet-access kiosks). Also, all of our continental breakfasts, beverage breaks and lunch receptions will take place in Grand Ballroom Foyer. EXHIBIT DATES AND TIMES: Set up is on Tuesday, January 29, from 12:00 noon - 4:00 pm. The exhibit show hours are: Wednesday, January 30, from 11:00 am – 5:30 pm; Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Friday, February 1, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; and Saturday, February 2, 8:00 am - 12:00 noon. Exhibitor Breakdown will begin at 12:00 Noon. (exhibit show hours are subject to change.)
