AIPLA's Trade Secret Law Committee is taking this year's Trade Secret Law Summit on the road again!  Join us on March 2 - 3, 2017 at the Emory University School of Law (Gambrell Hall),1301 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA 30322, for a practical and comprehensive CLE program designed to educate new and seasoned practitioners alike. It is more important than ever to learn the fundamentals of trade secret protection and what you and your clients need to do to protect your confidential information from cyber-attacks and trade secret theft.

CLE INFORMATION

 
The 2017 Trade Secret Law Summit has a total of 720 CLE minutes.  Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each states’ regulations and credit calculation.  
 
The 2017 Trade Secret Law Summit has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of California in the amount of 12.0 credits.  The above amount is the calculation for 60-minute credit hour states.  The maximum credit hour calculation for 50-minute hour states is 14.4 credit hours.  Credit amounts will vary by state, based upon each states’ regulations and credit calculation.
 
AIPLA is an approved provider by most states requiring CLE and has applied for credit for this meeting to all states with CLE mandates.  Complete CLE information will be available onsite at the registration desk.
