Expand your reach to the intellectual property community by exhibiting at the AIPLA 2017 Annual Meeting. The Annual
Meeting generally draws more than 2,200 attendees and offers exceptional opportunities to market your company's 
services to our attendees.  

Exhibitor Information
Exhibit space (s) are 10' x 10'. Double spaces and free-standing booths are permitted. Overnight security will be provided. Included in your Exhibitor Registration Fee:


  • Two complimentary exhibitor registrations for a single space.  Each complimentary exhibitor registration includes one ticket for each ticketed event (opening night reception, lunches and dinner) 

  • Three complimentary exhibitor registrations for a double space. Each complimentary exhibitor registration  includes one ticket for each ticketed event (opening night reception, lunches and dinner) 

  • Identification sign at your booth   

  • Listing in our exhibitor brochure, mobile app and on the AIPLA website 

  • One six foot (6’) skirted table, pipe and drape 

  • Two chairs 

  • Wastebasket

Exhibit Fee: $5,000 (Single Space) or $9,000 (Double Space)

If you would like to have your company information included in the 2017 Annual Meeting Exhibitor Brochure and in our Mobile Meeting App please e-mail the information, company name, name of the contact person, address, phone number, fax number, their e-mail address, website address and a brief description (25-50 words or less) about your business to Iris J. Howell ( no later than Friday, September 1, 2017. This information is helpful, so that competitors will not be placed directly next to each other. The brochure will be placed on our “handouts” table at the meeting near the registration desk. If you plan to offer a give-away, include that in your write-up. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your registration has been processed.

1Exhibit.jpgHall Traffic: To help increase the traffic, we have placed the exhibits in Exhibit Hall A on the Exhibition Level along with AIPLA's Registration Desk,  CLE Information and Membership Service Center and our Technology Center. Also, all of our continental breakfasts, beverage breaks and lunch receptions will take place in Exhibit Hall A. Exhibit Space and Times: Set up is on Wednesday, October 18, from 12:00 noon - 4:00 p.m. The exhibit hours are: Thursday, October 19, from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 20, 7:45 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, October 21, 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Breakdown will begin at 1:00 p.m. (exhibit hours are subject to change).

Payment: We are currently accepting registrations and payments. Exhibit space is limited, so reserve your space as soon as possible. Advanced registration is required, and full payment must accompany your completed registration form. You will receive confirmation via e-mail once your registration and payment have been processed. If we are sold out when your registration arrives, you will be notified and your payment will be returned immediately. Service Kits: You will receive a service kit directly from an Exposition Service Company the first week in October. This kit will include shipping instructions and special order forms for the electrical, telephone and Internet.

Refund Policy: If you must cancel your exhibit reservation, we will provide a refund up until Wednesday, October 11, 2017, if we are able to find an exhibitor to take your space. No refunds or credit will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, October 1, 2017.

The AIPLA Daily Report

This year, AIPLA is pleased to once again to be co-publishing the AIPLA Daily Report in conjunction with Managing Intellectual Property (MIP) magazine.

This official AIPLA publication offers unparalleled access to the more than 2,000 expected attendees at this year's Annual Meeting in Washington DC-a major global forum for both the US and International IP communities.

Limited advertising positions are available in the AIPLA Daily Report, giving your firm/company the opportunity to communicate with this influential audience through the most cost-effective, high exposure, media channels at the Annual Meeting. 

The AIPLA Daily Report is the high-profile Annual Meeting newspaper. It is published in three editions and is distributed extensively every morning.
