This committee shall consist of members appointed by the President-Elect for a three-year term to insure expertise in all fields of intellectual property law. This committee shall: a) Scrutinize judicial decisions which involve significant issues of law or practice which affect intellectual property. (b) Recommend to the Board of Directors that amicus curiae briefs be filed in appropriate cases.
