This subcommittee is monitoring developments in courts, USPTO, and other bar associations with respect to 35 U.S.C. §101.  The subcommittee has begun collecting winning arguments/claims at the USPTO to provide a resource for our membership in addressing §101 issues. The subcommittee includes a number of active members and is prepared to act on §101 issues as the need arises such as with respect to potential legislation and/or PTO rulemaking.
