 The development and use of collaborative technology such as open source software and industry standards have become widespread in virtually all industries. Increasingly, high profile lawsuits and regulatory activities have focused attention on the unique intellectual property issues that arise in connection with licensing such technology. In recognition of these trends, the AIPLA has formed the Standards and Open Source Committee as a Special AIPLA Committee. |
