Inventor Issues

Inventor Issues Committee works to more effectively provide independent inventors with information on how to protect, promote, commercialize, license and/or dispose of their inventions.  The Committee also works closely on legislation developed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), other U.S. Government bodies having contact with independent inventors and the various city and state patent law associations and bar associations.  The Committee also works in conjunction with the Professionalism and Ethics Committee.
