Sec. 1. This committee shall consider electronic, computer and software technology and the laws, administrative practices, and judicial decisions, both domestic and foreign, with respect to securing, promoting, and enforcing the various intellectual property rights in such technology, and make recommendations to the Board of Directors in respect to changes in such laws, rules and regulations.
