 The Chemical Practice Committee shall consider, in the field of chemical invention, the laws and administrative practices, domestic and foreign. This Committee will also study and report on the effectiveness of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other foreign and domestic governing bodies' statutes in achieving their constitutional purpose with respect to such inventions. |
