 Sec. 1. This committee shall:
(a) Consider laws, rules, regulations and judicial decisions, both domestic and foreign, specific to counterfeiting, piracy, goods hijacking, and the like, to the extent they affect the issues within the United States.
(b) Work with the other committees concerned with the foregoing issues.
(c) Study problems and issues in domestic and international practice of formal and substantive law that impacts upon the foregoing.
Sec. 2 This committee shall give attention to the foregoing and make recommendations to the Board in regard thereto. |
