Professional Book Club for Mentoring and Networking

Mission Statement:

The mission of the AIPLA’s Women in IP Law Committee (the "Commitee") Professional Book Club is to educate, provide informal mentoring and networking opportunities, and provide resources to its members.  Each selection focuses on the growth and development of women in the practice of intellectual property law. 

Objectives:

• Increase awareness of the professional opportunities, problems and solutions for women in intellectual property law
• Share strategies for achieving goals including professional success and maintaining a work-life balance
• Provide a respectful and welcoming format for the healthy exchange of ideas regarding the selected readings
• Provide an environment for mentoring and networking opportunities
• To increase the participation in the Committee at all levels
