AIPLA believes that in today's evolving workplace, the phrase "It's a man's world" no longer applies.  Particularly in IP law, women are a powerful force in changing policy and the public perception of Intellectual Property . . . and AIPLA wants to see its members leading the charge!

AIPLA provides several opportunities for Women Lawyers.  Aside from the Women in IP Law Committee, we provide special programs at each of our stated meetings (usually a breakfast) with qualified speakers who address current issues facing women in the workplace.  And now, with the creation of the Liaison Program, there are even more opportunities for Women Lawyers to get involved.
