Welcome to AIPLA's Online Membership Application.

We are very pleased that you are interested in joining the Association. As soon as your application is processed, you will begin to receive all of the benefits of membership.

Please note that the Association member year runs from July 1 to June 30. Dues are owed on a yearly basis and must be paid in advance. AIPLA will prorate dues internally based on when you join, thus, any overpayment of dues will be credited to your account and applied to your dues the following year. In the event you wish not to renew for the following year, the remaining dues credit is non-refundable. The membership criteria is outlined on the following application, however, here is a list of our current dues rates:

Regular Member (in practice for more than 5 years): $295
Junior Member (in practice 5 years or fewer): $130

Government Member: $ 90
Academic Member (full time law professors only) NO FEE
USPTO Professional Affiliate: $90
Foreign Lawyer Affiliate: $320
Registered Foreign Patent/Trademark Attorney or Agent Affiliate: $320
Student Affiliate: $ 45
US Patent Agent Affiliate Membership $295
US Patent Agent Affiliate Membership (Junior): $130
